Ive got a set of 60mm and a set of 40mm,Martian says he wants a set as well so depends who gets to me first really and who wants what!! Smile

Mk2 only adjust on the one side anyway if i remember rightly!!

it all depends on the car having pas i think, all my pas ones have adjusted on both - never pay attention to the poverty racks.

luke remember that grey gtd i ran on chip fat, the one i had when i was at camp? that was -60mm on std shocks.

it was ok - a bit fudgy, but your gti will have std arb so will be better.

orite dub-bitz im looking at picking up a caddy next week it comes with lowering block's to flip the rear axel scratch

Caddy pick up or van???
Flipping the axle means more than just fitting lowering blocks,it actually means taking the springs off and relocating them below the axle instead of above to give you the lowering part, but you also need to make sure you locate the axle properly otherwise the wheels will sit wrong in the arches!
Usually caddy's are not low enough by just re-locating the axle hence the use of lowering blocks to get them that much lower,make sure you get longer u bolts if using blocks!
