| mk3 needs about 2.5l's in the system for these temps. mines been standing since new years and i have about 98% anti-freeze and the rest is Forte radiator leak and water after rebuilding it. Did you put anti-freeze in it after doing the radiator and things? I cant fix my car at the mo as the water that was left in the oil has frozen. after dismantling it all i had to use de-icer to melt the ice in the water galleries. If you want a good laugh then go on to yahoo answers, the amount of people who believe there petrol has frozen and daft things like that. hahaha and apparently you can put anti-freeze in your petrol. | |

| odd. but anti-freeze will find anyway out. get a tin of Forte stop leak (blue lid) pour that in. i know fleet mechanics that use it to repair some serious leaks on sprinter vans. Just make sure you shake it well. | |
