Last night when me n breadmaker and his g/f were driving back from porthmadog in the golf, i overtook a van who was like a fart, and when i was comin back into my own lane i went over a catseye, and it ripped a hole in my sump

shiznit, driving over them feels like hitting a brick they are seriously badly set along that road.

gutted mate, hope you get it sorted. I'm in the same situation i took my car to get some timing parts changed and there was a pool of oil off my car so it has to go back in monday. I am carless again for the 3rd week in a row, damn mechanics.

yamann it was well gay, ill have it sorted in the next few days tho. Sumps are disposable right?

Armour it!!! My Saxo came with a modded sump it had a huge solid bit of steel bolted onto the front that made the front about an inch thicker and it went underneath about 1/2 an inch for that little extra protection (overkill )
