Heater Matrix Bora? Empty
PostSubject: Heater Matrix Bora?   Heater Matrix Bora? EmptyMon Apr 11 2011, 17:17

Right got a few issues,

Bora's drivers side, footwell seems to get a little wet

It smells weird what i can remember as coolant?

The coolant level drops

The coolant is a murky orange colour

The heaters are shocking, dont clear the windscreen at all

so after reading this http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?PHPSESSID=672e72dfd8f62f120c859eeec5052c1a&topic=113999.10

It sounds like the heater matrix is knackered and rusted, causing no heat a leak of coolant into the cabin a weird smell and orange coolant

Whats everyones views?

Is it a HUGE job?
Timescale?
Will someone experienced help me?

Luke
