should i do a name and shame thread?

well basicaly i bought a gt engine off a guy on club polo

i paid £230 for the engine and £50 for a full stainless exhaust system and 4-2-1 manifold

the guy lives in surrey and it was a way to go especially not having a car, so i said a pallet courier could do it, yeah thats fine he says

gets a pallet from his dads work, blah blah

then like a day before he says his dads going up to scotland and will drop it off for half the price, so i was like yeah ok, then the dat changed twice

then he said his dad wont come off the m6, so i was like ffs, you said he was delivering it, so that plan didnt happen, then he went through a phase of ignoring me, anyway, the engine only got here thursday i think and that must be at least 8 weeks since i bought it

but thats not it, the exhaust system wasnt there, apparantly it would have got to damaged, so you wrap it up a bit right?

now i really need this exhaust system for the weekend really, and hes still ignoring me

im tryna be fair about it all, ut i think he should pay for the courier, and ive said if its not here by saturday the engine can go back, which obviously i dont want, i just want my exhaust tbh

what other systems would fit on the 4-2-1 just gt systems?

also what should i do?

Thing is I dunno if I can claim the money bk through paypal now because it's been so long?

And I don't want the money I want the exhaust but I feel he should pay
