195/45's on the rear, not sure about the fronts yet ?? Its only Contisports though and they aint cheap which kind of defeats the object of diy steelies

Depends on how much room I've got to play with, I need to mount them on the car to check for poke etc. Should be about the same as I'm running now though. Not sure I'll be able to get the car off the drive lol.

No worries - All being done properly !

Start off by truing them up in the Lathe with the DTI, then part off the lip and chamfer ready to take the weld. Had all the inserts Rolled from 3mm by a Pro

Will tack up the insert, check for true then weld fully - Probably set up to do it auto with the mig set. Then skim the edge to make sure its totally true. Tack and fully weld the lip back on. Final check for true and its away we go

Gonna have to start again now though to work out how wide I can go without it looking stupid

Although I've got a set of 16" steels that could look good with the right rubber if I can get them tucked - Hmmmm

Hi mate, soz but I'm not gonna be making any for others - Was the plan originally but its just too much work and I was getting funny looks as I was doing them in work anyway. Dont wanna push it, jobs not the safest as it is
