The Edition's gone!!

Bit of a sad day for me today,i sold the Edition on Friday and the lad came to collect it today!!
Was funny watching it drive away but hopefully now i can move on and make the Grey one just as nice!!

The lad was from down south Matt,as for his plans,im not sure,he was talking about doing the Nurburg with it so god knows what state it will end up in!!! But he paid his money sso he can do as he likes i suppose!!

nah i know how hard it is to get rid of something special like that, i dont think i could part with mine now and its not a patch on that.

whilst you lot were on yr way back from VWNW i was in the amontola eating mucho curry!

I never got to go to VWNW,had to sort this lad out with the car!!

Not sure yet,prob stay quad but i do have a Rallye front nestling in the garage which might make an appearance!!

Thought i had told you,bought it a couple of years ago from Evilbay,need a grill though,the one that came with it was a homebrew debadged mess!!!!

funny i was only saying the other day @ detailed/psi meet that rallye fronts look good on a standard mk2 body as well! Really looking forward to seeing this project unfold

Just got a couple of other vehicles to attend to first then i will be cracking on!!!!

Love the rallye front end on the Mk2s, shame they cost more than twice what my Mk2 cost . Can't wait to see how this one turns out
