VR6 in a mk4?

would a VR6 2.8 fit a mk4?
obviously I'd need the VR6 ECU but what else?
drive shaft?

I'm going to uprate the discs and that but that'll be a little further down the line...
might even get the R32 kit too (but I'm waiting to ask Santa for that!)

the 24v 2.8 vr6 comes in a mk4

so it would prob be engine, box, loom, clocks, shafts? keys? for a working conversion (maybe fuel pumps)

then brakes, wheels to accom 312mm brakes arbs.

by which time you could have bought one with the cash you would have spent - no point in putting the 12v engine in a mk4 IMO (also IMO never build what you can buy)

well what engine should i put in?
at the moment it's a 1.4 AHW but the block has shiznit it's self...
don't know where to just spend £500 on a new 1.4 or just replace it with something a little bigger...

get a cheap and cheerful engine and f**k it off. use the cash to buy something with the big engine
