places to live?

hi guys,

im planning on moving over to anglesey from dudno in the new year, around febuary time hopefully

dont really want to go through an agent, as our current ones are shiznit, we've got a window that pisses in everytime it rains, told them months ago and nothings been done!

anywhos, im looking for summat 2bed as we've a lil un on the way, pref ground floor or house,in a central location,
dont mind if it needs work etc, as im a decorator by trade, so could re dec as part of deal or something,

summat in the price range of 3-400quid pcm

jus wondered if maybe any of u guys knew of anywhere private, or know of summat comin up, any help would be greatly appreciated
