How much?...

Hey guys, how much do you reckon I'd get quoted for these repaires shown in the picture below?...

Plans for new year - lower it and just get some niggles left in the bodywork sorted. MAYBE facelifted bumpers, but until then - I'd like that wing section repaired, and that metal skirt sprayed and fitted above the splitter.

The seame in the door has blistered a bit and has rust - a little more than surface, so I think some sanding / filler is required there... But how much roughly...

A guy in Gaerwen did it for me last time, did a good job fairplay - so I may go there again. Any suggestions welcome

normal body shop id say arround 350-450

my opinion is srt it out your self, or buy a new front bumper thts red, cus ud be able to get one for id say arround 40 quid for a second hand bumper lol

£1k? For those two things boxed in yellow?? Whaat? That's insane mate lol - I want it in Tornado Red, not Gold leaf

smal dent on mums audi a3 wing, tinnyyy, cud fix it myself,

mum went to speshalis audi dealership, they quoted 1150k, 125 quid for a new wing, 500 for the respray to the wing alone, and rest labour !!

nd i went on ebay its 45 quid 4 a wing, i just need to find one thts my mums colour



but a localish bodyshop quoted 450 to do it

I got my doors, rear sides and skirts done for £300 a year and a half ago lol? That's how it's so red in that pic, and it's pretty mint. (In my opinion) ha.

Isn't the "on-going rate" on average about £80 a panel? I was just wondering that's all...

1150k ? surely thats £1125k more than a new car lol

notice your keeping it quiet how the dent got there

on the a3, the a3 is wrth i think arround 12k no iish

I havent' dented it in any way since getting it. It was all done by previous owners lol

iam sorry to say but thats a rip off u culd get a decent job done for half that probs evern less

Richard Barry Owen. He filled the doors, and sides too, cos they were dented, in other words - it was SHED when I got it lol. So yeah he did quite a lot for £300... But there's still some niggles which need correcting around it lol. Is it worth it if I want it clean? What do you think?

no m8, hell of a lot less than bodyshop prices m8, wasnt him that did mine m8, was a lad from near holland arms who did mine, hell of a gwd job, wouldnt let any1 else touch my car, he does my cars, the missuss cars that shes had, mam and dads cars!! hes a gwd lad, does gwd job at a decent price m8

how much you recon they wd charge just for sanding a few layers of paint off nd then giving the whole outer body a few coats of gloss black???

You're out yer tree rhys ...

Cost you about £400 max, but i still think you'd be better off just getting a new bumper
