| an engineering works/engine reconditioners might be of help with the technical side. you would need one that knows a fair bit about piston skimming and turbo/supercharge design or ideally some guy who builds his own engines. | |

| but i have 2 options basically abf or g60
g60 straight sawp 4 my little 8v,, but the g60 engines rare and expensive
but i have seen tht you can pick up a nice little abf for arround 350 for a good one, loom included, or might just buy a doner mk3 for round 800 nd sel it spairs repair
but i would go this routeif i know how straight forward the job is +engine mounting the same?? + and room?
cause my cars digifant nd so is the abf, but id use the abfs ecu anyways just kkeep the same fuel pumps and shite, so basically is tht also a straight swap with the mounting and allinging :s | |

| not sure, i know it will fit but then i must chnge the fueling or mod the head as a kr is a k-jet and abf is digi, i prefer to stay with digias its btter nd lss piping, but wat ive herd about cams is you use the krss exaust cam for the abf inlet | |

| put a aluminium spacer plate with a head gasket ether side lower compression to a point it wont run withought a turbo then then it, use a mk3 tdi manifold to keep it simple and shove massive injectors in it then get stand alone managemet - expensive but result you say 10-13psi depending what turbo you get it`l be completely diferent. its to do with compressor efficeincy and so on compound charging peolpoe recon you can get like 200psi with no lag whatsoever - http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=648775 | |
