newb from bangor/bethesda area.. need to get my post count up! Getting back into dubs again after coming back from uni, I have a MK2 Bright Blue Metallic 16v 2.0L ABF conversion, lowered, g60 brakes, happich windows.. etc etc.

Set of wheels and i'm done.. sold the BBS RM..

They are called happich pop outs, very rare windows. Sourced mine from germany for 200 euros about 5 years ago now. They were new in box Laughing

get a custom system tht will bring the noise down but keeps the power, or buy a mk2 20v turbo, quiet but quik

Yeah I'm going the MK4 1.8T route, it's got a full stainless system on it, it's the engine that's loud.. Wink

It's not too bad, I paid £947 last year when I was 22 with 2 years no claims. I'm not holding my breath that it's going to be any cheaper this year though, given that premiums are up 33% on average this year apparently. It's due next month, and tax too .. not good, ha Shocked
