| ummmmm
tuning fr tht power
simplest mods wd be chip = 80 ish exhaust, full system = 300 ish air idnuction = 60 ish fast road cam = 260 ish port and polished head = 300 ish injectors and remap = expensive 2ltre botom end from a mk3 gti = cheap from breakers,= expesnsive to fit
or an extreme mod 16v head and setup on the 8v block, can push some extreme power
or go carbs and tuning , will be lowwwd as foook nd very torqy | |

| yeah, theres no point doing just one or two things as you wont benefit from it. One mod leads to another. So if you were to say make it breath better with an air filter, and put a camshaft in, then you would need to get a 4branch and a system to get rid of all the extra gasses. And theres a lot of money. Like what rhys said, put a 16valver in there, they're cheap to come by now, 130bhp standard and its a much more tuneable engine the the 8v. | |

| or spend few extra quid on a vr6 = 190 standard or even more money on a 20vt but thts more wrk 8v is a good engine dnt get me wrng, but hard to get serious power out of it unless u go for a tsr style package which is the works tbh | |

| easy 2 get that first do a full service to get ur 110 bk then full stainless from manifold lookin at about 10bhp from that will cost about 500 for a decent 1, then a cold air induction kit will get u about 2bhp then either a new cam or port an polish which ever u prefer all simple 2 do and pretty cheap if u wanted to stick 2 the 8v | |
