vag tacho anyone?

does anybody know where could i get the miles till empty feature enabled on my golf?

I can do it
On wednesday, as i broke my cable so will borrow a mates, but ill be in Colwyn bay area. cant travel due to college... may be worth trying one of the unit-13 lads

dunno why i want it unlocked, seems a handy feature. why vw have hidden the feature beats me ive asked on unit too, no replies yet. i could get to you in colwyn bay area, ill have to see with work this week! what would the price be?

Well providing i can get the cable free?
Fully updated lastweek and ran tests on my carr, so not had a proper play as i dont have a proper computer (screen in car)

But from what i was looking at, it seems to be tick boxes with mine, as is with disableing certain lights.... and warning signs

Dont use VAG com to do this,

Use a programme called VAgTAchoo and it requres converting number and writing them to binary :s

It's not possible to do it on all golfs, depends on what cluster is fitted.

Ive got the same cluster as yours immo3, got a gttdi so should be able to do it?

hi mate, what are the features that you can do on vagtacho? and what are the risks? dont fancy being stuck after i get these done with my clocks knackered! the two i really want are miles till emply and alarm beep/chirp when you lock the car
