Heater Matrix Bora?

Right got a few issues,

Bora's drivers side, footwell seems to get a little wet

It smells weird what i can remember as coolant?

The coolant level drops

The coolant is a murky orange colour

The heaters are shocking, dont clear the windscreen at all

It sounds like the heater matrix is knackered and rusted, causing no heat a leak of coolant into the cabin a weird smell and orange coolant

Whats everyones views?

Is it a HUGE job?
Timescale?
Will someone experienced help me?

take it back and get them to get it sorted, you have rights.

Its sold as seen /: if I can pick a matrix up, ill see if I can get the vw mechanic to do it on the cheap...
