How do you upload photos

Hi everyone, Im new on here & a little miffed as to how you upload pictures on here... Can someone shed some light please...?

theres an icon that says host your image, click that and browse for the image you want, or create a photobucket account and upload them to there and then use the img tags to insert it

Thanks mate. Well I tried that tab several times but nothing happened. I'll try the photo bucket thing! It seems a bit of a pallavar loading up pictures on here, I'll give it another go later...
