i have a few small scratches on my bonnet, my car's helios blue! (metallic) sure you already know that, is there any way i could buff them out? they aint deep but i notice them and it makes me cry! i'm getting the two rear quarters re-painted on the 23rd of this month costing me £200! affraid

didn't notice the bonnets had minor scratches!

if you have any pointers they'd be much appreciated Smile

would depend what you wanted doing tbh, and im not up for charging hundreds of pounds or anything silly

for say £70

i would...

use a wheel cleaner on the wheels
wash
clay
wash again
polish with a final finish polish
apply two coats of wax
use a dressing on dash board etc
hoover
and treat all rubber seals
and obviously wet look tyres ftw!

edit... and also the engine bay would be cleaned and dressed knew i forgot something lol

i probably do more if i felt it needed it Smile

Benveedub

how deep are the scratches?

i assume not to the metal??

if not then they could probably be polished up

you might have to flat back with maybe 2000 or 3000 grit wet and dry and then machine polish it back up

but if there not that deep then an abrasive polish could work

hope you get it sorted Very Happy
