| oh you are missing out, i once sold some polo bbs rxII wheels.
in description stated they needed a paint and polish - with collection only.
in the end the guy had merked me to strip, blast, polish and deliver at no extra cost - needless to say i relisted them.
but there are merkers allover the place who lay it on thick lol

| out of intrest how far did you go for your vr?
did you have the opinion that you were commited to buying it, or would you have walked if it was wank?
i rarely buy stuff on ebay you see only sell - i usually stick to forums for cars, parts etc as i find they are wayyy cheaper (well apart from editon 38 cars for sale section)

| Can you actually get any bargains on eBay these days? People always seem to get their mates to bump the prices up. | |

| trying to get rugby tickets is impossible!!!! £299 per ticket for Ireland v Wales £55 face value........EHHHHH!!! best bargain....was a white golf mk3 1.4 ryder.......(rish you remember that one!haha) phoned the guy said i'd give him £250, he said no then i said £300 which he said yes to!! the bidding was only at £100 with 1 day or so on it, so he agreed to meet in chester, went up there a day later bidding had ended early he had a right to withdraw or somethin? picked it up my uncle drove it home as i didn't have insurance.....anyway got it up on the ramp after driving it for a week, car was scrapped next day!!! had 7-8 months left on MOT, brake calipers leaking, head gasket going, been in a rear end smash as the boot didn't line up and the rear beam was bent , ant the floors had rusted through completely! only thing stopping your feet hitting the floor was carpet!! so warning......Be careful buying car off ebay!i'm sure there's some good deals to be had????? | |
