| hi, I'm Greg..... I know a couple of people on here, Scott from Bangor way and I've met spike? think he's Darkdub on here. You may have seen me in the past in a euro inspired silver corsa b with Lenso BSX / BBS reps and I've Just got rid of my red mk.4 Escort xr3i. I didn't know what to get but loved dubs. Ended up getting a polo influenced from Scotts GT (scotty_GT on here I think). didn't realise how happy I'd be with it! Anyway its a 1.3 mpi for now with: * g40 13" BBS alloy wheels * Lowered around 60mm * MK3 Golf front splitter * Clear front indicators * GL blanks for side repeaters * Gt steering wheel * Gt clocks * Gt interior * Dewiperd rear window I don't know what the plans are yet except for a bit of smoothing, lower, maybe something with the interior and a different set of wheels but the bbs's on at the moment look good as they are. Any comments welcome | |

Cheers mate Im tempted to yeh, had a look at quite a few polos and what looks good but before I start doing anything to the car Im going to make sure I do the right thing as I've just got on to the vw scene. they do look really smart though without the strips! We'll see, definitely needs to go a bit lower though

| if your is 60mm then it proves that my kit was wrong, mine should have been 60mm but its closer to 90. still I wouldn't swap it for anything. I have RA's on too, didn't really have an arch gap. I cleard most bumps ok until my new tyres went on last week. went from 165/75/13 to 155/55/13. little bit of stretch and a little arch gap but I now twat speed bumps even when crawling over them thankfully I don't have the standard exhaust anymore or I would have already wrecked it. | |

Stupid thing is that theres no way to my house without going over a speed bump!.... What kit have you got anyway?
