like the new golf r, it might be quike thn the old r32s but its lost its waw factor wen the made it a bloody 2 litre, the idea of the r32 was 3,2 litre vr6, cause their beast nd mke sweet noises :p


but vw havent created any show stopping cars :s u had the golf rallye 16v g60 tht was mental even in todays standards, my opinion is tht they should bring back the corrado, in simmilar wedg shape nd mke it a super car like a mental one

i suppose if they did that though theyd have green peace on there back, and probably harder to sell nowadays due to road tax etc, maybe not in the second hand market but brad new i mean

my m8s dad owns a big constructioncompany in northwales, nd since alot of their lease cars are golfs and audis, vw g ave them the new golf r to test drive 4 a week, it is the definition of heaven lol new recaros half leather half suade, electric blue, sounds like a torrano on heat lol

might be 265bhp but its still got a 0-60 of over 6seconds which isnt really anything special these days for the "ultimate" version of their hot hatch/coupe....

its all about emissions and safety these days, thats why new cars weigh as much as the moon!

did they actualy sell any of them golf W12 thingy's to the public or just make like a handfull and give them (or sell) to collectors ect???

I think? it actually is/was a production car, so no doubt a few wealthy German's would've had one...or two.

they made 1 w12, nd tht itself wasnt fully wrking, it drove but didnt have much interior wrkings, top gear ad it 4 a test drive nd it was usless lool

they made the w12 for a show coz a few weeks b4 it they didnt have anything for it , they didnt make any new parts, bentley engine, lambo brakes nd stuff. - they never even considered puting it into production.
