| Hey guys, iam new to Vag wales,
bought myself a Scirocco GT2 after a month of working on it ive finally got it on the road passed its MOT with no advisories, but i seem to have developed a new problem now: Ive got water coming in through the dash and leaking into the passenger footwell does anybody know what thiis is? and how i can stop it?
Also where and when are the Vag wales meets?

matt It only seems to be when it rains so iam guessing the rain water is getting in somewhere but carnt seem to find out where from | |

| Welcome Glad we have another person with good taste in cars It will either be the screen seal or the drain holes at either side in the space under the scuttle panel are blocked up with leaves Where you based? | |

Iam in old colwyn bud As this is a project and judgeing by your screen name you also own a scirocco, if you have any parts up for sale let me know as theres a fair bit iam going to need for this car. Hi mate I had this problem with my old Mk3 Golf, I got up one morning for work and there was about 5 inches of rainwater in the passenger footwell. I found it to be the water run off under the bonnet blocked with leaves as Sciroccoboy says. Needless to say my mate that I picked up for work found it hilarious as there is not much you can do about it at 5.30am. Hope this helps. | |
