am so gutted with this but it was 100% pure accident tesco car park was like a ice skate ring!

nope i have had a rough quote from vw the bumper costs £191.25 and all together it will cost £380.25! and my mate will do it all 4 £350! but its going thru insurance now

Well.. to be fair, at least it was just the bumper then.. that's what they're there for at the end of the day.

Not saying this is a nice thing to happen.. just saying that of all the places on a car he could've hit.. that's probably the best.

Cant you claim off tesco for it as its their responsibility to ensure public safety while on their premises and property.

What would the case be if someone ended up pinned by a car that had slid on ice in their car park due to their inability to grit and salt it?

They have that sign up saying they hold no respossibilty over the car park etc etc etc thou...even thou that wouldn't stand up in court, it won't be worth the hassle...

we have spoken to the store manager about it he said in a nice way to fwk off
