Audi A4 2.8 V6 - Buying Info Rquired

Anybody on here got any experience with the Audi A4 2.8 V6 (1999) ??

I've seen a really mint one for a good price and a good part ex and same insurance price as my MK3 Golf!

Does anyone have any advice on common faults etc .. general stuff to look for on Audi's??

LoL.. well.. common Audi problems.. hmmz.. I know what problems MINES always got.. anything to do with the front bloody running gear! >.<

Just listening for knocking noises when accelerating/decelerating.. erm.. also driving over small bumps.
Try turning full lock whilst stationary and then accelerate.. erm... whatelse...

Well the little things that annoy me, lol.. are the bulbs.. Audi's come with SO many lights.. urgh.. but they're minor things.. anyways.. yeah.. that's all I can say. I dunno about anything A4 or V6 secific though :\
