| If you're lowering it then you will need the shocks as well. Stock shocks are ok for 20-40mm drop but any lower and they soon wear out.
coilovers should have shocks with them. | |

| It depends on his budget, with Phil J he can get lowerring springs with shocks, other pay the LITTLE extra for coilovers! which would be addvisable | |

| Alot of people on Club Polo go for Phil J's ones, they're good value. But quite a harsh ride I believe. | |
